TUVIE ONOJAIFE

CEO of Kweza Farms. Mr. Onojaife is an accomplished marketing strategist with a wealth of experience in the marketing, advertising, and agriculture industries. He is the Founder and CEO of Global Apex, a company focused on developing innovative solutions to address some of the biggest challenges facing the agribusiness industry today. Prior to founding Global Apex, he served as the Managing Director of fmedia, where he led a team of over 100 employees since 2013. During his time at fmedia, he oversaw marketing projects for major companies such as MTN, VISA, Mastercard, and Heineken, and played an instrumental role in driving their marketing and branding strategies forward. With his extensive experience in marketing, branding and agriculture, Mr. Onojaife is well-positioned to lead the development of innovative solutions for the agribusiness industry. He has most recently led the production and export of 150 tonnes of dry chili from Rwanda to China. His focus is on helping develop the agribusiness industry in Rwanda with a mission to address the $465 million dollar Rwandan Aggro industry starting with medicinal cannabis cultivation, processing and export. He aims to create a sustainable and profitable agribusiness sector that will have positive economic and social impacts on the country.

Lanre Oduntan

Lanre has over 10 years of experience in strategic marketing and customer experience optimization. Founder and led successful brand strategy,design and marketing firm for 7 years. Hired and developed a staff of desgners, developers and marketing professionals. Notable skills : Digital Strategy, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, Design Thinking, Product Development and Experiential Marketing

Temilayo Osude

Business Development & Compliance. Temilayo is a lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar of Barristers and Solicitors with 9 years of experience in commercial law and statutory compliance. She also holds a diploma in Security studies. Bringing to bear a wealth of experience in her role as Managing partner at RBMM Solicitors; a corporate commercial law firm with a clientele that cuts across the corporate, entertainment, IT and fashion industry. Temilayo currently sits on the boards Idlewoods limited and SKO construction limited, driving operational excellence and statutory compliance at a management level. Temilayo started her legal career at Pinheiro LP and Ebony Life TV. She presently consults at Ashcorp Luxury Projects limited on Business Operations Management and Statutory Compliance.

In his role as Managing Director of fmedia agency he has overseen marketing projects for the likes of MTN, VISA, Mastercard, Heineken and has led over 100 employees since 2013. Tuvie is currently focused on investing in the Agribusiness industry in East Africa, choosing Rwanda as the hub of operations.

Ubong Ita

Ubong is a seasoned Business, Strategy and Finance expert with over a decade of experience. His expertise lies in leadership, process optimization, and business finance. He has worked with over a thousand businesses across Africa, from solopreneurs to founders of billion-dollar organizations, helping them optimize their Finance and Accounting functions. Ubong Ita is the Founder and CEO of Koboaccountant Africa, a Finance technology/software company that was founded in 2016 with an operating base in Nigeria and Rwanda. Prior to his role as CEO, he served in various capacities including Chief Internal Auditor at Associated Telecoms, a billion Naira organization, at the young age of 30. Under Ubong Ita's leadership, Koboaccountant Africa's revenue has grown from $0 to $300k in the last 7 years, growing at an annual rate of 100%. They have worked with over 1,045 clients, trained 300-plus interns, and over 2,000 accountants in their pipeline. They have worked with clients on different continents such as Africa, the UK, the US, Canada, and Australia. In addition to Koboaccountant, Ubong Ita is also the Co-founder of Spendr, a Personal Finance Tech company, Kwegira, a cloud digital marketing platform for businesses in Rwanda, and BTB Media, an indigenous advertising agency in Nigeria. He has sat on the board as Finance Director for organizations such as SWAA Africa, AFIF, PnL Academy, and Nims Ivy Ltd. Currently, he is a financial advisor to several businesses within and outside Nigeria.
